Build your own winter herbal medicine cabinet and learn how to craft these time-honored herbal remedies for immunity, resilience, and comfort, in preparation for the winter months.

Over three hands-on sessions, we’ll explore traditional herbal preparations that support you through cold and flu season, from prevention to soothing care when illness does arise.

Each week focuses on a different corner of your herbal cabinet:

Week 1 – Potent & Protective | November 6 @6pm

Turn up your inner fire by creating your own fire cider, and discover the foundations of tinctures and glycerites—powerful shelf-stable extracts that build immune strength and support recovery.

Take home: Your fire cider and a tincture (or glycerite) creations.

Week 2 – Sweet & Strong  | November 13 @6pm

Learn the art of herbal cordials, infused honeys, and oxymels that nourish and fortify the body. You’ll craft your own elderberry syrup and explore flavor layering for both wellness and pleasure.

Take home: Your cordial (if over 21), infused honey and oxymel creations.

Week 3 – Soothe, Breathe, & Restore | November 20 @6pm

Focus on remedies to reach for when you’re already under the weather. Create your own throat spray, cough-soothing tea blend, herbal steam, and chest rub to help clear, calm, and comfort.

Take home: Your throat spray, cough-soothing tea, herbal steam blend and chest rub.

Leave with a collection of handcrafted herbal remedies, recipes, and the confidence to care for yourself and your family naturally through the colder months.
