We’ll sit in Center, cultivating presence and receptivity, and open to guidance from that greater intelligence that moves through all things.

Lara Day is the author of The 13 Sacred Nights Oracle (previously The 13 Holy Nights Oracle) and a devoted Neurogenic Qigong teacher with over 30 years of experience guiding others toward greater harmony with self, Nature, and the Divine.
