Breathwork Ceremony

Breathe into the new year with an inner journey using the power of your own breath.

A tool and practice of deep inward listening and somatic and emotional release,

conscious connected breathwork has the potential to create altered states of

awareness that can lead to positive breakthroughs and resets,

visions and inspirations, and more.  

What to expect: 

+  read and sign the waiver and consent forms (that will be sent to you after you sign up)

+  bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay upon and wear cozy clothes. Bring an extra blanket for warmth if desired.

+  you’ll be welcomed upon arrival and we will move through an opening ceremony to center and ground ourselves, as well as connect to the elements within and around us. 

+  a thorough frame and explanation of the breathing practice and time for any questions.

+  we will then begin the 60 minute breathing practice ~ an inner journey guided by your breath, a curated playlist, and myself as your facilitator (Heather @moonrose.bodywork)

+  a sound bath to gently bring you back into the space and time

+  some moments to journal and reflect on what has transpired

+  a sharing circle (optional to speak)

+  closing circle 

This is a 2 hour experience. 

While this work is deeply personal, the community aspect of these group sessions create a dynamic of interconnectedness and expansive energy. The cost is $45 per person.  Space is limited.  Please join us by signing up here, or through venmo (see below)

Heather Tides is a licensed medical massage therapist and structural integration practitioner who runs Moon Rose, a healing-centered somatic bodywork studio and small apothecary. Her work blends modalities like myofascial release, cranial sacral and energy work with trauma informed care and intuitive listening. She also crafts herbal wellness and beauty products and has formal training in Community Herbalism and breathwork facilitation. Heather’s approach focuses on helping clients find deeper relief and harmony in body and mind.
