Learn all about the wonderful herbs in traditional chai recipes known for being warming and stimulating and so supportive in these colder months. Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom and Clove are some of these noble herbs.

Additionally we'll learn about immune boosters and adaptogenics like Tumeric, Black Pepper and Astragalus. 

Go home with your own herb sachet for making a pot at home and the knowledge of mixing your own blend to gift for the season.
