What to bring :

Please come prepared to sit comfortably on the ground through the main portion of the class (accomodations can be made).

Bring a cushion or blanket to sit on, as well as something to take notes with, such as a notebook and pen.

Though herbal infusions will be served as part of the experience, please also bring water.
