Join us for a nourishing and nurturing evening designed especially for postpartum mamas with holistic nutritionist Stephanie Killen from Sound Body Nutrition and herbalist Riana from The Green Omen Apothecary.

The postpartum season is a time of incredible transformation. Your body, mind, and heart are adjusting to new rhythms, and your needs are unique and important. This workshop will show you how to fill your cup so you can feel supported, energized, and in control while you’re balancing the many roles that motherhood brings.

Each attendee will receive a Postpartum Wellness Guide packed with easy, enjoyable tips to help you thrive in this special season.
