Sister Circle

A Monthly Sister Circle is a wonderful opportunity for women to come together and share their experiences, knowledge, and support for one another. These gatherings are typically held once a month and are open to women of all ages and backgrounds.  

The purpose of a Sister Circle is to create a safe and sacred space for women to connect, share, and be empowered. It is a space where women can express themselves freely, without fear of judgment, and be heard by others who understand and empathize with their experiences.  

During these gatherings, women engage in various activities such as meditation, journaling, and group discussions. They also participate in exercises that promote self-awareness, self-love, and self-care. This helps women to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their needs, and aspirations.  

Attending a Monthly Sister Circle is a great way to connect with like-minded women, learn new skills, and gain the support and inspiration needed to live a fulfilling and empowered life.
