Spring offers an ideal time to reconnect with the plants that support our health and wellbeing. This three-part intimate herbal series introduces the herbs that traditionally appear and thrive during the spring season and explores how they can be used to support the body through this seasonal transition.

Throughout the series, you will learn about several foundational herbs, explore their traditional uses, and gain hands-on experience creating simple herbal remedies you can continue using at home.

During our time together you will:

🌿 Learn about nourishing spring herbs

🌿 Watch a demonstration of how fresh herbs can move directly from the garden into simple preparations

🌿 Blend your own Spring Tonic Tea to take home

🌿 Explore herbs that support seasonal allergies and skin irritation

🌿 Create an herbal insect repellent spray and a herbal salve soothing for garden hands

🌿 Join a guided spring herb walk to identify and wild harvest common plants growing in our local landscape

This series is perfect for anyone curious about herbalism, interested in learning how to support their health with plants, or simply wanting to deepen their connection to the natural world during the spring season.

All materials are provided. All experience levels are welcome.

Space is limited for these intimate settings. If the series is not sold out, we will consider opening classes individually, breaking the 3-class commitment.

This series is taught by The Green Omen Apothecary owner and community herbalist, Riana Martinez. With over 20 years of experience in training others, and a decade of herbal study and practice, Riana brings both practical knowledge and a thoughtful, intuitive approach to working with plant allies. She is deeply passionate about fostering connection between her community and the world of natural medicine.
