About the event
This sound bath/meditation experience will focus on the beauty that exist for us at the start of the month, a fresh chapter of the year. A worksheet will be given upon arrival, so you may reflect on the month to come. It is important we tend to our inner world so we can consciously create our lives, while coming together as a community.

- Yoga Mat
- Blanket & Pillow
- Wear comfy attire
