About the event
This sound bath/meditation experience will focus on the beauty that exists for us at the end of the month, a fresh chapter for the month ahead. A worksheet will be given upon arrival, so you may reflect on the month to come. It is important we tend to our inner world so we can consciously create our lives, while coming together as a community.

Yoga Mat
Blanket & Pillow
Wear comfy attire
