This herbalist led experience includes: 

• A lesson on a variety herbs, their health benefits and flavor profiles
• Your choice of prepared herbal teas, house-prepared herbal infused syrups, mixers, and garnishes. 
• A decorative card to record your recipe. 
• A mason jar full (4 additional servings) of your prepared recipe to take with you. 

Welcome to the workshop on creating your own elixir mocktail using different herbal infusions, house-made herbal syrups and beautiful garnishes!

In this workshop, we will explore the exciting world of herbs and how we can use them to create flavorful and healthy elixirs. These elixirs can help boost your immune system, improve digestion, provide a natural source of energy, and more. Host, herbalist and owner of The Green Omen Apothecary, will give a lesson on a variety of herbs, their health benefits and flavor profiles, then hand it over to you to mix up your own recipe!

Once you've created your elixir, you can take it home and enjoy it as a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional cocktails, or add a recommended spirit to enjoy as a mixed drink.

We are confident that this workshop will provide you with valuable insight into the world of herbs and how they can be used to create flavorful, healthy and fun beverages!
