Citrus Sunrise - Herbal Tea Blend

Intentions: A citrus forward, caffeine-free blend to pleasantly ease you into the day. High in Vitamin-C and seriously uplifting

 

Responsibly sourced organic ingredients:

orange peel, elderflower, lemon peel, ginger, lemon balm, tulsi, rosehips, hibiscus, licorice, rose petals, lemon grass, spearmint.

Caffeine Content:

This herbal tea is naturally caffeine-free and may be enjoyed day or night.

 

Steeping Instructions:

Steeping is simple! Heat water to a rolling boil and pour 8 oz of water over loose tea leaves inside a tea infuser (many options available in the shop). Steep for 3-5 minutes, covered.

 

Without a tea infuser, you may use a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove loose herbs.

 

Serving Size:

Large package = approx. 30+ servings

Small package = approx. 10 servings

You may wish to use more, or steep longer, for better effects.
