  • How to Use:

    Take the recommended 1 dropper (1ml) in a small splash of water or tea at the onset of discomfort. May be taken up to a few times per day as needed. For menstrual cycles, Cramp-Ease can also be taken preventatively in the days leading up to expected symptoms.

    Safety Notes:

    • Do not use if you are allergic to aspirin or salicylates.
    • Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
    • Not for use in children under 12.
