Dream Tea - Herbal Tea Blend

Steeping Instructions:

Steeping is simple! Heat water to a rolling boil and pour 8 oz of water over loose tea leaves inside a tea infuser (many options available in the shop). Steep for 3-5 minutes, covered.

 

Without a tea infuser, you may use a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove loose herbs.

This herbal tea is naturally caffeine-free but intended to be used at night just before sleep.
