Responsibly sourced organic ingredients:

spearmint leaf, lemongrass, elderberry, red rose buds and petals, linden flower and leaf, chamomile flower, raspberry leaf, and orange peel.
Caffeine Content:

This herbal tea is naturally caffeine-free.

Steeping Instructions:

Steeping is simple! Heat water to a rolling boil and pour 8 oz of water over loose tea leaves inside a tea infuser (many options available in the shop). Steep for 3-5 minutes, covered. Great with local honey!

Without a tea infuser, you may use a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove loose herbs.

Serving Size:

This package will provide you with about 30 servings, of a 1 teaspoon serving. You may wish to use more, or steep longer, for better effects.
