Caffeine Content:

This herbal tea is naturally caffeine-free.

 

Steeping Instructions:

Steeping is simple! Heat water to a rolling boil and pour 8 oz of water over loose tea leaves inside a tea infuser (many options available in the shop). Steep for 5-7 minutes, covered.

 

Without a tea infuser, you may use a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove loose herbs.

 

Serving Size:

This 2 oz net weight package will provide you with about 40-60 servings, of a 1 teaspoon serving. You may wish to use more, or steep longer, for better effects.
