Sleep Sweet, Herbal Tea Blend

Caffeine Content:

This herbal tea is naturally caffeine-free, and should only be enjoyed when preparing for sleep. May cause drowsiness, use with precaution.

 

Steeping Instructions:

Steeping is simple! Heat water to a rolling boil and pour 8 oz of water over loose tea leaves inside a tea infuser (many options available in the shop). Steep for 5-7 minutes, covered.

 

Without a tea infuser, you may use a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove loose herbs.

 

Serving Size:

Large package = approx. 30+ servings

Small package = approx. 10 servings

You may wish to use more, or steep longer, for better effects.
